This is an Eggplant from The Tasteful Garden planted with Sage in the background, Winter Savory to the left and coreopsis and other perennials to bloom later during the summer.
Hi!I'm Carol Asplund from Holden, Massachusetts.My vegetable garden is located in my front yard.However, I also have a well-established herb and perennial garden in my front yard just outside the house where I've interplanted heirloom vegetables from "The Tasteful Garden" this year.I did this 25 years ago and it worked out well, but have not done it since that time until this year.I have a brick walk shaped in a cross with a small center planting and a stone walk around the outside of the cross area.Surrounding the entire garden is a white picket fence.
